Our mission is to insure the monarch butterfly does not become extinct, so future generations will enjoy our community butterfly nature center.

To achieve this mission, we have begun our nonprofit community Legacy Endowment Project. Our goal is to create a 1 million dollar endowment fund at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Inc.  Donors (individuals, families, corporations and nonprofit organizations) will donate to the endowment fund.  Earnings from the endowment fund will help pay for current and future expenses at the Friends of the Butterfly Gardens, Inc.

All donations are payable to the Friends of Butterfly Gardens, Inc.  Your tax-deductible gift will be deposited to the endowment fund.

The public will view the month to month growth of the endowment fund on our website.
